All our dishes are prepared fresh daily on the premises, by the owner Chef Alan, and his team Becki, Tanya and Agnes. Our menus change frequently depending on what fresh produce is currently available, we insist on fresh produce at all times and try to ensure it is from local producers.
Our fish comes fresh from M and J Seafood Working 24 hours a day, six days a week to bring the daily local landings and the best of the world's catch to our kitchen door every morning. All responsibly sourced and expertly filleted by the best in the business.
All our meat is mainly British and is supplied by Bookers of Great Billing, We only use fresh ingredients where ever possible, hence the ever changing menus.
Our restaurant gets very busy as we only seat 26-29 covers comfortably, so we strongly advise that prior reservations are made to avoid disappointment for the restaurant. The restaurant can be hired for your function and reserved just for your private party providing the numbers are at least 24 to a maximum of 29.
Our Opening Times
Food is available Tuesday to Sunday we are open from 12:00 until 13:45 for lunch Tuesday to Saturday we are open from 18:00 until 21:00 for evening meals We also serve meals on a Sunday Evening from 19:00 until 20:45.
Our Allergy Awareness
Here at the White Hart we understand how important it is to be aware of food allergies and intolerances, our waiting staff have a very good knowledge of our menus but we suggest you speak personally to Alan or a member of the kitchen team, who are always happy to speak with you and talk you through the menu, as we make almost everything in house we are aware of what we put in everything.
Although we are a Free House we choose to use Green King as our supplier for our beers, we serve a very nice well kept IPA. The Abbot is pretty good too! We only stock 2 main real ales usually, as we like to look after them and turn them over, to ensure you get the perfect pint every time.
We serve lots of wine here at The White Hart, usually 6 reds, 6 whites, 2 Rose and Sparkling Prosecco by the glass, we use 2 sizes the small 125ml glass or a "Sociable" glass at 250ml
